COCKTAIL NOTES
The fastest & most delicious direct route to a mint julep or mojito
GLASSWARE
✦ 12 oz copper mug or tall Collins glass
SUGGESTED SPIRIT PAIRING
✦ Suggested: Kentucky Bourbon
✦ Also pairs well with silver rum
INGREDIENTS
➺ 1.5 oz Spirit
➺ 3 oz Pony Express Mixer
➺ For Mojito cocktail use rum and add .75 oz fresh lime
DIRECTIONS
✓ In a shaker full of ice add spirit and Pony Express Mixer
✓ Shake for 10 seconds
✓ Strain over fresh pebble ice (if available) into glassware of choice
✓ For a lighter julep / mule add ginger beer to finish
✓ For a Mojito add club soda to finish
✓ Garnish with fresh mint
MOCKTAIL RECIPE
➺ Add 1 oz additional mixer and 1/2 oz water, follow same directions, splash with a spicy ginger beer or lime flavored club soda
